SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS or text messages from DENTAL GROWTH AI LLC DBA Cosmetics Growth, You agree to the following terms in addition to all other Terms and Conditions set forth on this page.

When You provide Your phone number and consent to receive text messages from Cosmetics Growth, You may receive the following types of SMS communications:
- Appointment Confirmations: Messages confirming Your scheduled strategy session, consultation, or other booked appointment with Cosmetics Growth.
- Appointment Reminders: Reminders sent prior to Your upcoming scheduled appointment to help ensure You don't miss it.
- Follow-Up Communications: Messages related to services You have inquired about, including responses to form submissions, answers to questions, and next steps regarding Your inquiry.
- Service Updates: Informational messages related to the status of services You have engaged with or requested information about.
Cosmetics Growth will not use SMS to send unsolicited promotional content to users who have not explicitly opted in. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from the Company.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on Your interactions with Us and the nature of Your inquiry or appointment schedule. You may receive multiple messages related to a single appointment (for example, one confirmation and one reminder). You will not receive an excessive or unreasonable number of messages.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Cosmetics Growth does not charge You for receiving SMS messages, however Your mobile carrier may charge You for each text message You send or receive, as well as for data usage, in accordance with Your mobile plan. Cosmetics Growth is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by Your wireless carrier. Please contact Your mobile carrier if You have questions about Your specific plan, text messaging rates, or data charges.
How to Opt Out of SMS Messages
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Cosmetics Growth at any time. To stop receiving text messages, simply reply STOP to any text message You receive from Us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging Your opt-out request, and You will not receive any further SMS messages from Us unless You choose to opt in again at a later date.

Please note that opting out of SMS messages will not affect other communications You may receive from Us (such as email), and will not affect any services You have engaged with.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Cosmetics Growth and mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and any other carrier) are not responsible for any delays, failures to deliver, or errors in the content of SMS messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by Your mobile carrier and is outside the control of Cosmetics Growth. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent by Cosmetics Growth.
You acknowledge that text messages are transmitted over wireless networks and that message delivery cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as Your mobile device capability, wireless coverage area, carrier policies, and network conditions may affect message delivery and timing.
Mobile Information Privacy
Your phone number and any personal information collected in connection with Your SMS opt-in will be handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy. As stated in Our Privacy Policy, Cosmetics Growth will never sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer Your phone number or SMS opt-in information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
